Delievery
We do NOT SHIP CERTAIN ITEMS to P.O.Boxs

Products is usually shipped within 3 days of payment recieved if paid by money order, cashiers check, or cash.

Payment method
We do NOT except credit cards thro snail mail.

We do except personal check, Cash, Money orders, Cashier Checks, or Bank Checks. We DO NOT except any other payment No exception

All amount must be in US Dollars and all payments must be in US Dollars. Make all checks and money orders payable on the following page. Cash can be sent but At your own risk. If you write a bad check it will be 25 US dollars on top of the payment cost. And if You use a personal check your orders willl be shipped out 4 to 7 days later after payment has been recieved.

Exchanges, Refunds, and policy
There is NO refunds on These catalog.
There is no exchanges on the catalogs.
There is exchanges on catalog products (for ex. Tiger tables, " i love you " crystal bear esc.)

There is a catalog product refunds you get your money back. minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee Purchasing products in the Catalogs
You can use this form to purchase any catalog or catalog products. Please make sure you have the correct detail of the meterial, color, or anything else that is dscribed in the product description

Guarantee: Every product you buy from these catalogs must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for a replacement.
UNLESS you have do not have insurance on the items then there is no replacement.
Products measurements may not be exact. Sizes shown are close approximations. Photographs are of the products available at the time of printing. Products may be updated, or models of equal or better value may be substitued. Products depictions on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of updating., or because several models of a product are packaged in one style box. Prices and Items are periodically subject to change. Orders based on incorrect information are subject to cancelations. Again We do not except credit cards thro snail mail. Wearable items
Due to health risk for Dicky's world of gifts members, there is no exchanges on these products and no refunds, this includes, shirts, hats, P.j's, Thongs, Underwear. UNLESS it has never been opened and it must be sealed with no evidence of opening. With rings they are returnable with a 20% re stocking fee mius shipping and handling.

Order cancelation
We want your experience with Dickys' world of gifts to be pleasant one and we want you to be satisfied with the merchandise you purchase. Once an order is place via Order Form, it will be processed for stock availability and shipping. At this time, your order has been accepted and placed. After this time, any Customer Cancellations will be accepted by Email only! If our delivery date does not meet with you approval, then you should contact Dicky's world of gifts immediately so we may provide a solution or cancel your order.
There will be a 20% Restocking Fee.
Breakables Items
If you purchase a item that is breakable. but if you do not have insurance then there is no replacement.
Insurance coverage on breakable items as follows

Order value under $50 cost $3.00
Order value from $50.01 to $100 cost $4.00
Order value from $100.01 to $200 cost $5.00
Order value from $200.01 to $300 cost $6.00

Out of Stock Items We want to make sure you are happy with our products and service. Dicky's world of gifts is a Distributor and not a Manufacture. Therefore, we must purchase products from different manufactures for resale to the public. From time to time, we may be temporarily out of stock on a particular item. When this occurs, the item(s) are reordered from the manufacture. The delivery of these orders to Dicky's world of gifts may take 7-15 days. This could cause a delay in processing and delivery of your order. If this is an inconvenience for you, please contact our Sales Department. For other options or handling. Some items may require special ordering and may require advance payment. Shipping Damage Dicky's world of gifts will replace all defective merchandise that is not the result of shipping damage. Allmaterial is shipped free of defective and damage. Shipping may inflict damage to merchandise. Dicky's world of gifts CAN NOT be held responsible for damage during shipping. It is strongly suggested that BUYER purchase the additional Shipping Insurance provided by the United States Postal Service or fedex to protect your order. Uninsured items will not be replaced if damaged during shipping.

Undeliverable or Rejected Merchandise All merchandise is shipped to the address provided by the buyer at the time the order is placed. Each buyer is send an Invoice to the Email address provided. It is the buyer responsibility to verify the correctness of all information on that Invoice. Errors must be reported to Dicky's world of gifts with 48 hours. Any shipment that is Rejected or Not Accepted by the buyer or any other person at the delivery time and address, will be held until proper delivery can be made. Additional attempts of delivery will be made at an additional cost to the buyer. Every attempt will be made to deliver all shipments. After 30 days, the items will be returned to stock and and your account will be credited the Invoice amount minus a 20% restocking fee.

NO RETURNS AFTER THE WEDDING DATE ON WEDDING ITEMS


Late Shipments
Unless previously Guaranteed by Dicky's world of gifts, NO REFUNDS will be made for late deliveries of merchandise. Every effort is made to ship orders by the Customers Required or Wedding Date, there is NO GUARANTEE of shipment by that date. All shipping is subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping company.

Product Colors Due to the difference in computer monitors and your computers color settings, there may be a small color variation in the color displayed on your computer monitor for a product and the actual color of the item you receive. This small variation can not be controlled by Dick'ys world of gifts and will not be a valid reason for a refund, replacement or return. If the color of a product is very important to your wedding, please consult with Dicky's world of gifts before you make a purchase.
