You can return the item for a exchange, a refund, or credit. (credit is a term that you can use if you do not want a refund you can use that credit towards something else if you like. For example a table cost $300. and if you had a credit for $200 you will only be charge for $100 plus shipping and handling.) if your not satisfied. You must get a authorization form before you ship it back to us. If you do not have a authorization form and you have shipped it back to us it will be returned to you.
All unauthorizathed returns will not be excepted and will be returned back to the shipper
If you have purchased something and it is not the one you wanted you can return it to us. but you also need a authorization form for exchanges on them. All exchanges will be returned back to the shipper if it hasn't been authorized.
You can request a refund again you must ship the item back to us before we can give you a refund. You will get a refund minus a 20% re stocking fee. You do not have to get a refund. You can get a credit and use it towards any product that equals to or lesser then the credit on any items purchased in the catalog.
If the items that has been purchased that is out of stock you can wait or get something that is equal to or lesser then the item if you only don't want to wait for it to be come available.
Wearable Items:
Due to the safety and health issuies on wearable items for this including hats, shirts, underwear, p.j. are not returnable Unless it hasn't been opened, It must been sealed with no evidence of opening. If we recieve it open it will be returned back to the shipper.

You can purchase Items that can be customized to your needs for ex. you get a ring, bracelet, necklace with birthstones, with your name and your spouse or partners or childs name. These are returnable and you must have the authorazation form for all returns, exchanges, refunds and credits.
